ABOUT KRISTEN

EDUCATION

Hi, I'm Kristen.

I'm an animal, yoga, and pierogi lover with over 12 years experience teaching yoga as therapy for physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. 

 

I've worked with professional and amateur athletes, in mental health facilities yoga studios, gyms, senior centers, schools and more acquiring knowledge to bring you the most up to date and informed techniques for your you health and wellbeing in group and 1:1 classes.

   

I teach yoga therapy in groups and private sessions to help YOU find the missing piece of your wellness puzzle through physical, mental & emotional wellness support along this journey to feeling your best on the inside and out.

With my degree in Equestrian Studies,  I combine my love of riding and yoga to help equestrians address blind spots in their riding (posture, breathing, biomechanics &more ) improve horse+rider connection  & provide the skills and technique to help riders feel their best in and out of the saddle.

Kristen is a phenomenal yoga instructor.  She takes into consideration your needs, strengths and any physical weaknesses you may have in order to customize your practice.  Kristen is an inspiration - peace, joy and happiness surround her and somehow, in just 60 minutes, I leave with a calmness that I’ve not been able to find on my own.
