Weekly Pay as you wish (from $2) Level 1 (for Beginners and Beyond) Yoga Class from 6:15-7:15pm

Through asana (postures), pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditation this class will work to enliven and then relax the mind, body and spirit.  
* If you're new to Zoom I recommend joining the class up to 15 minutes early to make sure everything goes off without a hitch. 

* This link will only work for 6/16/20. 

* Have a yoga mat and folded blanket for class.  A yoga block (or thick book as an alternative) and yoga strap (a firm cotton or leather belt with do in a pinch) are also recommended.

* Please sign up at least 30 minutes prior to class to ensure you receive the Zoom link in time (via e-mail).
