Weekly Pay as you wish (from $2) Chair Yoga Class from 6:15-7:15pm

A full body workout from the comfort of your seat. Each class will focus on building physical and mental strength and flexibility through yoga tools such as asana (postures) meditation and gentle movements.  Pranayama (breathing techniques) will be used to help regulate the nervous system and encourage focus, calm and relaxation.  
* If you're new to Zoom I recommend joining the class up to 15 minutes early to make sure everything goes off without a hitch. 

* This link will only work for 7/8/20. 

* Have a chair for use during the class.  Practicing barefoot is recommended.

* Please sign up at least 30 minutes prior to class to ensure you receive the Zoom link in time (via e-mail).
